The east-coast city of upper Khaldaara Place Khaldaara The southern continent of Elshore, called Southland in common speech, where forests give way to sands and then to stonebound frost at the world's edge., on a bight of quiet water behind reef and headland. In AC 50 it is a shipbuilder's and rope-walk city, supplying the eastern sea trade with hulls and cordage and its officers with somewhere mild to grow old.
